Hi! I’m Iris, the artistic creator and founder of Re-Created Living. I'm a certified Life coach (Achologist), Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Belief Clearing Practitioner and Herbologist with additional modalities in Gut Health, NLP and Quantum Thinking and here to intuitively guide and inspire you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.

Ready to bring color back into your life?

Life's a beautiful journey, but for some reason you might not be in the place you would like to be or life doesn't look as bright as you want it to see! Are you stuck on how to resolve things, how to move forward or could use a little inspiration? Then please keep reading!

Realize that life's like a blank canvas, you can paint it however you like, choose the style, pattern and colors, paint it dark or bright! You decide how it's going to turn out, if you don't like the result, you've got the power to change the outcome, you can add to it, paint over it or just grab a new canvas!

Each day, in every given moment you can choose to create the life you want! Sometimes this can be a bit overwhelming, you might get a little lost in the process or miss the inspiration to get through things. Problems come up for a reason, for you to make a change, and they can be resolved, but it's up to you to choose to do the work first. You might not know where to start or how to handle things right now, and that's okay, with the right guidance and support you are able to transform your life and make the changes you would like to see.

After many years of experience in being the guiding light to so many people who i have seen transform under my guidance, I am excited to see you here, knowing i can be there for you too! I'm here to listen to you without judgement and guide you in your journey to be the creator of your life by giving you the insight and tools that will empower you to Re-Create your life!

1. Creating awareness to
See your truth

Whatever issue it is that you're going through, you need to become aware of the root cause of the issue to be able to change something about it. This means you need to be able to see where you're coming from in order to recognize how things show up for you. Most of the time this lays buried in the subconscious mind and I can bring them to light, for you to see your truth and to clear them.

2. Clearing the way to
Speak your truth

You might not always have been heard or are afraid that what you truly want will be unaccepted by the ones around you. After clearing any habits and beliefs that are in the way of the change you would like to make in your life, goals can be set so you can start voicing what you want and need. Identifying your passions, being able to speak up and set boundaries is an important part of the process to Re-Create your life.

3. Empower to
Walk your truth

In this last phase of the process I will empower you to take the steps towards the goals and passion you would like to pursue. I will give you the tools you need along the way to be able to embark on this new journey with confidence and guide you every step of the way.
